So the month of February is almost gone and I have not posted anything. the reason for that is I have been busy busy busy. This past month and even some of last month, my health has not been that great. This weather change is driving my body crazy. I got dehydrated and had to got to the hospital and stay for about 5 hours. Then I found out that I have come under developed cartilage and that could be the reason why my knees are hurting again. I have been going to physical therapy for a few weeks and hopeful that it is working like the doctors want it to do or I will have to have surgery.
So that’s been a short update.
